cpan-listchanges software package provides package change history notification tool, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cpan-listchanges
cpan-listchanges is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cpan-listchanges package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cpan-listchanges *
You will get with cpan-listchanges package name, version, architecture and description in a table
